Frequently Asked Questions

Bookings and Payments (PayPal)

To make a booking and payment via the website you should follow the steps below;

  • Go to the Bookings tab
  • Select the event/date of your choice
  • Complete all fields on the bookings form
  • Once complete at the bottom of the page you will see the PayPal icon and a blue button marked (Send your booking)
  • You will now be automatically redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction
  • Successful bookings will receive an automatic email receipt from PayPal.

Do your coaches hold the correct qualifications?

Yes all coaches must hold valid and up to date coaching qualifications. Coaches are required to attend personal development workshops that are designed to educate coaches on the correct way of teaching and developing inclusive sport and play. Additionally our coaches add to their development by completing other coaching qualifications new sports and activities.

All our coaches must possess the following;

* Minimum Level 2 coaching certificates
* Enhanced DBS Disclosures and or Access NI Disclosures
* Emergency First Aid
* Child Protection Qualifications

Are you insured?

Yes. AM PRO Coaching is fully insured  to deliver activities and is covered with public liability up to £1,000,000 and employers liability cover up to £10,000,000.

Any school, Club or organisation may request to view original certificates, and policy documents.

How do I find out the cost of one of your services?

We do not advertise our prices online. We operate under a general price structure for each service but this may need to be amended subject to issues like duration, distance, numbers, etc.

What does my child need to bring to one of your After-School Sessions?

Each child needs to bring a drink (non fizzy) and are encouraged to wear sporty attire (i.e. tracksuit, shorts, football top/top, and raincoat) with the correct footwear (trainers).

What does my child need to bring to one of your Holiday courses?

Each child needs to bring a packed lunch and drinks (non fizzy). Children are encouraged to wear sporty attire (i.e. tracksuit, shorts, football top/top, and raincoat).

Children should also wear the correct footwear (trainers for hard surfaces, shinguards and football boots for grass pitches)

Do you hold links with any local sports clubs?

Many of our coaches play and coach at grassroots clubs. These links enable us to offer your child exit routes beyond their participation in our clubs and courses. We can recommend you to clubs for recreational purposes and also nominate talented individuals to a professional football club academy programme.

Do you recruit new coaches?

Yes and we have high expectations of all our staff. New coaches must have up to date qualifications and CV and attend a interview and practical. To enquire about a coaching role simply click onto our Contact Us page.
