AM PRO Coaching is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy, we provide information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Registration & User Accounts

As part of the registration process for bookings, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to provide information relating to your booking(s); to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to inform coaching staff of any medical conditions and emergency contacts for event attendees. We also use your contact information to send information relating to future events provided by AM PRO Coaching. We DO NOT rent or trade email lists with other businesses.

Cookies

Our website will temporarily process cookies in line with Word Press and Event Manager used to coordinate and record booking information.

Ticketing/booking registration Data

When you purchase a ticket, merchandise, membership or gift voucher(s) your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our system. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.

Our website will provide information from your registration to external payment processing platform PayPal when you agree to make a payment.

The payment section will take you from our site to PayPal to complete a secure transaction within PayPal.

Data retention

All information held by AM PRO Coaching will be reviewed and deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

• For events – Attendee information will be removed not later than 1 month post event
• Registration users – remain active until a request is made to remove data via a GDPR request or after the account has been inactive.
• Financial records of transitions over PayPal are kept in line with HMRC accounting regulations.  
• Once a user account is deleted, all personal information, record of bookings and payments are permanently removed.

GDPR right to review/delete

You are entitled to request or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to info@amprocoaching.co.uk
